Thank you for putting up with all my grumbling. You know that’s my way of saying thank you for pushing me so hard. I can’t tell you what a difference you have made in my life:) 2 years ago I would have never imagined running let alone running a race and look how many we’ve done over the past 2 years. I just wanted to take the time to let you know that Boot Camp yesterday was awesome! Susan did an amazing job! I have not worked out that hard since I was a collegiate cheerleader and miss it so much! I will definitely be returning until Boot Camp is obsolete all together. But man, I’m out of shape, what a great start to toning and losing weight at which I have been struggling with since I had my first child almost 3yrs ago. – Keyonna, April 2011
